The questions that usually come up
NDA + privacy — what happens to our data?
A standard NDA before kickoff. Tool access is read-only to a defined scope, revocable by you at any time. EU infrastructure, no model training on your data.
What if our tool stack is unusual?
We know the common DACH stacks (BMD, RZL, DATEV, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and others). For in-house solutions, we quantify the integration effort within the Audit — so by the end you know whether, and at what effort, it's feasible.
What if we don't want to implement after the Audit?
Then that's fine. The roadmap is yours, and you can carry it out on your own or with other providers. No commitment clause, no obligation to implement.
What counts as an „actionable roadmap“ under the guarantee?
The report must contain: (1) a workflow map with ≥ 5 prioritised use cases, (2) time potential per use case as a range, (3) a EUR range per year, (4) an actionable roadmap with a sequence. If any of the four is missing: automatic refund. If the report meets all four and you still say „not actionable for me“: refund with no further justification, within 5 business days.
How does KMU.DIGITAL funding work?
A 30% subsidy on the digitalisation project, capped at €6,000. The Audit itself is not eligible — the implementation is. In practice: you pay for the Audit, move into implementation, and get 30% back (up to €6,000). We prepare the application with you; your effort: ~15 minutes.
As things currently stand, 2026 is the last funding round.

When can we start?
After the call and signing the contract, we start the next business day. We take on a limited number of Audits per quarter, so each one gets personal attention.
