Website delivery
When the website is requested, the technical infrastructure processes data including the IP address, timestamp, requested resource, transferred data volume, referrer and browser information. This is necessary to deliver the site, maintain availability and detect attacks. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing a secure and reliable website.
The website runs no server-side user account. Technically necessary logs are kept only as long as they are required for security, error analysis and reliable operation.
Cookies, statistics and advertising
Without your consent the website sets only one cookie: agm_consent stores your decision on the services below, without an identifier, a refusal for 6 months, a consent for 180 days. As long as no consent exists, no script from Google or Microsoft is loaded and no request is sent to these providers. An active Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal of your browser counts as a refusal, also over an earlier consent; then no prompt appears either.
Statistics (Google Analytics 4): With your consent, Google Analytics 4 by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, measures visits and page views of this website. It sets cookies (_ga, _ga_*, lifetime up to 2 years) and processes device and browser details and the pages viewed; the IP address serves only for coarse location and is not stored by Google Analytics. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the US; Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, and standard contractual clauses apply in addition.
Statistics (Microsoft Clarity, only on the HAUSV offer pages /hausv-landing/, /en/hausv-landing/ and /us/hausv-landing/): With your consent, Microsoft Clarity records how these pages are used: clicks, scrolling and mouse movements. This produces session replays and heatmaps that we use to improve the pages. Input in form fields is masked before transfer. It sets cookies (_clck, lifetime 1 year; _clsk, lifetime 1 day) and processes device and browser details. Recordings are kept for 30 days, a sample and recordings we mark for up to 9 months. Microsoft processes this data as an independent controller, not on our behalf: Microsoft Corporation, One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052, USA; its contact in the EEA is Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland. Under the Clarity terms of use, Microsoft may also use the data for its own purposes, such as improving its products and for advertising (Microsoft Advertising); we do not use Microsoft Advertising ourselves. Data may be transferred to the US; Microsoft is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Advertising (Google Ads): With your consent, the Google Ads tag by Google Ireland Limited measures whether an ad led to a visit or a request. It sets cookies (_gcl_*, lifetime up to 90 days) and an entry in the browser's local storage (_gcl_ls); when you move on to the HAUSV demo, the ad click identifier is passed in the address to hausv.agm.ng so that a request there can be attributed to the ad. Personalised advertising stays off. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the US (EU-US Data Privacy Framework, standard contractual clauses).
The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 165(3) TKG 2021). You can change or withdraw it at any time with effect for the future via the “Privacy settings” control at the bottom of the page. On withdrawal the cookies named above and the local storage entry are deleted and the page reloads without the services. Further information: Google's privacy policy, Microsoft's privacy statement.
Contact and initial assessment
The fit check runs locally in your browser. The website does not store your answers on an Augmentoring server. When you submit the contact form, the website transmits your name, company, email address and message encrypted to our server. It forwards the request to our team by email, sends you a confirmation and does not store the details. We process these details, and any content you send us by email, to handle your request, take pre-contractual steps and conduct the related correspondence.
Recipients may include the email and infrastructure providers we use where necessary for delivery, security and handling. Information is retained only for as long as required for the request, statutory retention duties or the defence of legal claims.
