Is Augmentoring Desk only for software development?

No. The Desk is made for every department. People who work mostly with email or documents use it just like a development team. What matters is that work gets done and recorded, not the tool.

How is it different from ChatGPT or Copilot?

A chat window helps one person in the moment. In the Desk, agents complete tasks for the whole company, and every result stays on record with its reason and its evidence. Management sees what is happening instead of guessing.

Does our staff need technical skills?

No. Your team sees what is waiting for it and decides with one click. Requests are given in their own words. We set up the agents together with you.

Where is our data stored?

With Desk Cloud, on a server in the EU that runs only for your company. If you prefer, the Desk runs in your own cloud account or on your premises. Features and updates are the same either way.

What if we want to stop?

Your data belongs to you. You cancel at the end of the month, or at the end of the term on the yearly plan, and receive everything recorded in the Desk as a complete export. If the Desk runs on your server, everything stays with you anyway.

Which systems can be connected?

Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, Jira, Monday.com and GitHub. We also connect your own systems, such as ERP, CRM or industry software, as custom integrations.

How does the product demo work?

You leave your email. Nataly, David or Markus gets back to you personally with more details and agrees a time with you. In the demo we show you the Desk with workflows from your company. The first 20 companies get the setup free and help shape which workflows the Desk covers at launch.
